
Tri-base Triple Nickel Triathlon
500 yard swim, 5 mile bike, 5K run (3.1 miles)
The swim will be in the St Johns River; Bike course will go through Antenna Farm and Perimeter Road; Run course will be on the East side of the Base.

Participants will receive a swim cap, race t-shirt and a finisher coin.

Race Packet Pickup:
Friday 0500-1900, Saturday 0900-1400 at the base Gym and race day 0600-0700 at Manatee Point.

Awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall male, female and teams.

Wave 1-Men begin at 0805
Wave 2 women begin at 0810

Race Instructions:
Body Marking-Athletes must be body marked on the side of their left arm and back of their left calf.
Athletes can choose to mark themselves or have it done prior to entering the transition area.
Mandatory pre-race meeting-will be held at the swim start at 0745
Awards will begin at 0945, they are listed correctly on the web site.

There will be a marked transition area with enough slots for each participant.
No bike storage the night before the race.
Participants only in the transition area.
* Only the race participant will be allowed to remove his/her bike from the transition area.
* Your bike can only be racked on your assigned bike rack.
* There will be one rack designated for Fat Tire bikes.

No drafting, participants must maintain a safe distance between riders and out of the draft zone.
